What are the shipping rates and expected delivery timeframe?
We strive to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. Please refer the table below for our shipping rates and how long the delivery usually takes.

We currently ship across Canada, but we're planning to expand to international destinations soon.
Where can I track my order?
You can easily track your order in three simple ways
- Click here to track order using our chat.
- Go to the Orders Page in your Account. There you can get the order status details by clicking on Order Status button next to your order.
- Or use the tracking link sent to your email when your order was shipped. If you canβt spot the email, donβt forget to check your spam/junk folder.

What is your Return Policy?
To ensure your satisfaction, we offer you FREE Returns.
We'll provide a full refund for any item returned within 30 days from the day your order arrives.
For a smooth return process, please make sure your item meets the following criteria:
- Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- All original packaging must be included when returning by mail, this includes tags, boxes, pouches, and any accessories.
- Items sold as a set must be returned in full. Individual components of a set cannot be returned separately for a refund.
How do I return an item?
With your Calli Nora account, making a return is quick and easy:
- Head to βOrdersβ page in your account.
- Find your order and click βRequest Returnβ button.
- Weβll email you a return label and easy-to-follow steps for either dropping off your package or scheduling a pickup.
When will I get my refund for the return?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
Youβll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
