Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, visit the Orders page or please contact us at support@callinora.com. Once an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, customers must follow our Return and Refund Policy after receiving the order.
